Occupancy
All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older and must present identification
upon check-in.
Check-in time: anytime after 2:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am. Late Check-outs
must be approved and arranged with front desk personnel prior to check-out time.
Children 17 and
younger stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member.Occupancy may be restricted
by local ordinance.
Sleeping bags, cots or furniture of any kind can be placed in room
by any guest.
Alamo Inn & Suites offer facilities for the physically challenged. Please confirm
availability with the Reservation Center at (800) 378-9696 or (714) 635-8070 For website bookings, always request these
facilities in the comment section of your Form.
Room Payment / Advance Payment
Alamo Inn does not accept prepay vouchers reservations. In
addition, Alamo Inn & Suites does not accept money orders or cashiers checks as form of payment.
Room charges are paid in advance with a credit card
Payment may be made
with cash , traveler's check or with a major credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA).
Advance payments with checks (personal, business or organization) must be received 21 days prior to the arrival date.
Third party credit cards are not accepted for payment.

Reservations can be made by calling
our Reservations Center at (800) 378-9696 (714) 635-8070 or by filling out the form on our website www.thealamoinn.com.
You may also reserve rooms by phoning or writing to
the hotel.
We regret that reservations may not be made more than
one year in advance.
Cancellation Fees
If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation which you have sent in payment or guaranteed
with your credit card, you must notify the Hotel. If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation 2 days before your arrival
date (i.e:Arrival 05/23 cancel before 05/20), your credit card will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the
reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night).
In the unlikely event that we cannot
honor your guaranteed reservation, we will accomodate you to a lodging at a comparable Hotel.

Special Requests
Alamo Inn & Suites will make every effort to honor special requests
(such as first floor, poolside, etc.) when you reserve a room. However, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed
in advance. Special requests will not be guaranteed by a reservation agent.

Group reservations (ten or more rooms) require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's
lodging. This deposit must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date. Deposit may be made by money order or check.
Notification of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
