Room Payment / Advance Payment
Payment may be made with cash, traveler's check or with a major credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA). Advance payment with checks (personal, business or organization) must be received 21 days prior to the arrival date. Third party credit cards are not accepted for payment.
Alamo Inn & Suites does not accept prepay voucher reservations.
Room charges are paid in advance with a credit card.

Reservations may not be made more than one year in advance.
If you need to cancel a reservation which you have sent in payment or guaranteed with your credit card, you must notify the Hotel immediately. If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation 72 hours before your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than one night).
In the unlikely event that we cannot honor your guaranteed reservation, we will accommodate you to lodging at a comparable Hotel.

Group reservations (10 or more rooms) require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made upon booking. Deposit may be made by money order or check, but room will not be guaranteed until check or money order is received.
Notification of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
We will make every effort to honor special requests (i.e. street view, first floor, poolside), however, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed.
