Take a walk through Old Towne Orange.

In addition to the major attractions that Anaheim is famous for, there are plenty of fun spots to explore within a 15 minute drive from the Alamo Inn and Suites.  One fascinating and historic area located in the city of Orange, CA is Old Towne Orange, also known as the Orange Historic District.  This charming locale is known for well-preserved historic architecture, antique shops, vintage stores, and a diverse range of dining options, from casual diners to upscale restaurants, serving a variety of cuisines.  Once a year, Old Towne hosts the popular Orange International Street Fair, where food and craft vendors line the streets over Labor Day weekend.

If you have time to take a walk around the block, you might just be able to find that unique antique piece or vintage clothing that would put the cherry on top of your Southern California holiday.  Then to celebrate and/or to rest your legs, you could enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants, cafes, or eateries.  My go-to for brunch would be Snooze, an A.M Eatery or The Filling station.  Both of these spots offer great breakfast, awesome customer service and an adorable ambiance.  Simply put, Old Towne is a great place to visit, even just to enjoy a nice stroll and capture a few pictures with your family and friends.
