What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability for an additional fee.

Does the hotel provide breakfast?

We do not offer breakfast. However, we frequently partner with local restaurants to provide discounts for our guests. Take a look at our dining page for our recommendations!

How can I request a wake-up call?

Please set up a wake-up call with the front desk or use the alarm-clock in your room to ensure you are rested and ready.

Does the hotel offer accessible rooms?

How much does it cost to park a vehicle?

Guests of the Alamo Inn and Suites are provided with 1 complimentary parking spot per reservation, although RV/Trailer parking is not permitted. Additional parking is available for a discounted fee at STC GardenWalk.

How late can I leave my car at the hotel lot?

Normally, we allow our guests to leave their vehicles until 6PM of the check-out date. By 6PM, we require all spaces to accommodate our arriving guests.

"Great location, easy walk to theme parks. Loved the spacious functional room (stayed in a king bed unit). Everything was clean and functional - looked like room had been recently renovated. The free parking was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and fast, and gave us a parking pass so we could enjoy the resort area before we checked in later. Property felt safe and, although buildings are older, not run-down. A pleasant budget-friendly stay!"

"I am so glad I did additional research after first booking a chain hotel that was going to be 3x the price, charge for parking, AND be farther away. This place is an absolute gem. If you are primarily in Anaheim to visit Disney, this is the place to be...The hotel room was immaculate. The place was quiet. There was not a breakfast, but there was a refrigerator and microwave if you had some of your own food. And the gardens in and around the property were beautiful. We were in the area only to visit Disneyland and California Adventure. We had long days in the park. If that is what you're planning and you don't need resort amenities, do yourself a favor and just stay here."

"We come to Disneyland once a year and this is always where we stay. We love the location, the walk to the parks is so nice and it feels like a safe part of town. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, they are truly a delight every time. Although this hotel is nothing fancy, it is always super clean, the rooms are spacious and up to date, and we are also impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and spa. This place is a great example of how you can offer a nice product for a very reasonable price. We definitely will be coming back next year."
